The organization is now directly implementing multiple programmes to improve socio-economic condition of poor and extreme poor at Satkhira, Khulna, Bagerhat, Jessore, Bhola, Barisal, Patuakhali, Barguna, Noakhali, Feni, Laksmipur, Jamalpur and Rajshahi districts under Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong, Dhaka and Rajshahi divisions of the country.

The organization works with landless especially women, outcasts, untouchables and religion-ethnic minorities and extreme poor communities of the region. Currently the organization is covering 198,523 direct partner-beneficiaries.
