Uttaran and Cadasta Foundation-USA has jointly organised a training on `GeoODK’ on 4-5 September 2016 in order to accelerate household survey targeting digital land survey and settlement in Bangladesh. Mr. Frank Pichel and Mr. David Palomino were facilitated the training and visited Jamalpur field works where Uttaran’s team members participated. The training was conducted at YWCA training centre, Dhaka. The trained team will be able to collect household data through using GeoODK apps with android system replacing the paper and pen. In addition, such data would help to select vulnerable land owners who require support during survey and settlement.
