The SALE project is looking back at a fruitful workshop with interesting outcomes. Ms. Sampa Rani Bala, MIS officer, SALE project, Uttaran gave a brief about the workshop at the beginning. The workshop started with an inauguration speech of Rina Roy, Director of Manusher Jonno Foundation. She congratulated the SALE team to organize such kind of interactive event. Manirul Islam, Programme Manager-Research and Advocacy of MJF has facilitated the introductory session in a participatory approach. Zillur Rahman, Assistant Settlement Officer of PMU-DLRS updated the participants about the progress of field survey and settlement activities. Ms. Sajeda Begum, National Communication Expert of PTAT has also shared about the future plan of communication in the project.
The workshop followed by group work, role play, energizer, brain storming, plenary discussion and interface sharing. Participants are divided in four sub groups based on the four results of the project and provided opinions and validated achieved outputs, challenges faced and lessons learnt. Finally team came to agreement with next year activities through a calendar planning. Two days workshop has completed with result because of inspiring, professional and enthusiastic contributions of all participants.
