Uttaran delivered three batches of training on `Youth Leadership’ with 108 youths including (50%  women). The trainings are being prepared by British Council with financial support of United State Department of Democracy and delivered by the programme officers who received training of facilitators. The three days long training was delivered with appropriate methods, tools and techniques for engaging youths in community  level.

Youth are appreciated the training contents, methodology and tools that are used in the training programme. Participants are really impressed with the contents such as introduction, culture, history of youths, debate, leadership and democracy. They learned how to work in a team within the struggling situation.
