With support from IOM Bangladesh, Uttaran is implementing flood response and recovery activities in Lakshmipur Sadar and Kamalnagar upazilas to strengthen community resilience.

The intervention focuses on improving local disaster preparedness, enhancing the capacity of flood-affected and displaced communities, and supporting pathways to livelihood recovery.

These efforts are contributing to more organized shelter management, stronger local coordination, and improved readiness for future climate shocks helping communities move from immediate recovery toward long-term resilience.
